Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign. Our EMS provider is; Campaign Monitor. We hold the following information about you within our EMS system; Email address Subscription time & date Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. You can withdraw your consent/unsubscribe from any email marketing message we send at any time. This customer complaint policy details our customer complaint procedure that you should follow to submit a complaint and if required escalate your complaint further. Step 1. Email complaints@defty.com. You will receive an automatic email to confirm your email has been received and a full reply from our dedicated complaints team will be issued within 5 days of submission. Step 2.
